My Elote pay homage to some of the many varieties across the America’s, including Chapalote, Olotillo Blanco, Bolita, Glass Gem, & Blue Corn to name a few. Across communities corn has been a staple food and a show of generations of technological engineering. It’s been carefully bred by our ancestors to provide for the generations today.

- Yellow fibers are thread, white are horsehair, some are stuffed with tobacco
