☆ Shipping ☆
All orders will be mailed out on Fridays, and ship via USPS. If you place your order before noon on Friday it will be mailed out same day, otherwise It may be sent out the following week. If you are in a time crunch please message me prior to placing your order.
You will recieve an email notification and tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once USPS has your parcel I am unable to influence the speed at which it arrives to you.
Orders being delivered within the US have a tentative delivery time of 3-5 days outside of major holidays. Orders to Canada typically have a delivery time of 1-3 weeks. Please note that items that ship with batteries included may take longer due to postal regulations.
Please double check that your mailing and contact information is correct when placing your order. Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address will require an additional shipping fee to be re-delivered to your current address.
Due to newer shipping regulations, international orders cannot be fulfilled at this time. My apologies but as a small shop I am only able to offer shipping to the US and Canada at this time. If you place an order outside of these areas your order will be refunded.

All sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges with exception to special circumstances (lost item, damaged in transit, etc).
Each item is thuroughly quality checked before being shipped out. Due to the nature of hand made goods, there will be minor variations between each item.
If you have a question or concern with your product please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my very best to resolve any issues. I make each piece with a lot of care and truly want you to enjoy your order.
